All goods are sent either via Royal Mail 1st class, 2nd class, Special Delivery or Collect+ depending upon the service selected. Goods will be despatched within 24 hrs (Monday - Friday) of cleared funds, subject to the conditions listed in the payment section above.We accept no responsibility for goods delayed due to the services of Royal Mail or any other carriers.

Returns & Replacements
Returns are accepted on all products unless otherwise stated in the listing.  Returns are accepted within 14 days of the date of receipt. You MUST Obtain a Returns Number prior to returning any item.
Postage charges cannot be returned and returning postage charges should be borne by the purchaser.
Returned goods Must be in Perfect Unopened Condition.
If the item is faulty, was sent in error, or is damaged, a full refund, including return postage will be given.
